Perhaps have you ever considered therapy if you really have a drinking problem? Give him some time and space to calm down and also give yourself some time to regain your composure. I know it’s unfortunate, but the incident has already happened and you do have to mentally prepare yourself if he decides not to forgive you anytime soon but you also have to accept that it has happened and try to come to terms with it.
